- Auto move operation automatically moves the slide to the correct shut height or the cushion to the correct height in such a way as to reduce backlash error
- Slide and cushion height systems can be jogged through the screen (including the equivalent of “pecking”) and/or through external conventional pilot devices
- Supports up to two counterbalances (integrated counterbalance valve available with auto/manual operation and LOX valve)
- Supports up to 16 cushions (integrated cushion valve available with manually set minimum pressure)
- Supports up to two hydraulic overloads
- Counterbalance, cushion, and hydraulic overloads automatically adjusted to their setpoints
- Counterbalance and slide systems are integrated so that slide movement is only attempted at the correct counterbalance pressure
- Setpoints for all systems stored on a job basis (systems can also be set for manual operation if desired)
- Slide shut height and cushion height continually monitored and a stop issued if they go out of tolerance
- Counterbalance, cushion, and hydraulic overload pressures monitored continually and a stop issued if they go out of tolerance for more than a configurable time
- All systems show real-time readouts of shut height, cushion height, counterbalance pressure, cushion pressure, and hydraulic overload settings
- Diagnostics for the shut height and cushion height systems show extensive information on the state of the system, including which relays have power on them, the state of up/down limit switches, transducer readouts, etc.
